France Loisirs France Loisirs is a French Travel Operator offering apartments throughout the mainland and Corsica. They have over 320 locations with all the major apartment groups represented. As they are a French Tour Operator, it is not surpising that the site is only available in French. Finding an apartment is relatively easy. Just click on a location from the map page. This will bring up apartment and resort details. A couple of clicks more and the availability and prices are revealed. The next step is booking which is just as easy. The site also has a brochure request facility.

Futuroscope
Futuroscope is the theme park located just outside Poitiers, France. The site has a comprehensive guide to the attractions in the park and is very easy to navigate - just click on the images of the cinemas for descriptions of the shows. Architectural details of the buildings and technology involved in the shows are also included.
Additionally the Park has numerous hotels from many of the large hotel chains ranging from 1 Star up to 5 Star comfort. The site has details of these along with restaurants and shops.

Although not included in this website until now, Logis de France offer very good value accommodation. Logis de France have 3600 independent hotels throughout France.
Available in English, French, Dutch, Italian and Spanish, the site is easy to navigate. It has excellent search facilities either by a requester or maps. Logis Hotels are graded from 1 to 3 chimneys and each hotel is displayed along with guide prices (1998), facilities and web links where applicable.
Restaurants specialise in regional cuisine. Many Logis are also Family friendly. Booking facilities are available on the site via Logis Central Reservations.

This site is huge, but even more is promised this year. Navigation can get a little difficult at times as there is so much information presented. Regions, News, Festivals, Travel and accommodation its all here. This is backed up with links to France Tourist Board Offices and websites covering all aspects of travel in France. Addresses and telephone numbers are also supplied.

Flunch Flunch is a large chain of cafeteria style restaurants located mainly in France, but with restaurants in Spain and Italy. They also have one restaurant in Portugal and one in Poland.
The site gives some information on the group in French and English. It also has addresses for all the restaurants.
Although the site itself is compact, the information presented can be very useful if you are travelling across Europe. Flunch establishments offer very competitive fare in a family friendly environment.
