Maeva is a French apartment chain owned by Pierre et Vacances. Locations are usually by theMaeva apartments sea or in the French Alps, but there are also a number of residences inland such as in the Dordogne, Ardeche and Provence.
I have stayed at Maeva Apartments on a number of occasions. They are  competetively priced and well equipped. All have sofa beds although the multi room apartments tend to have separate bedrooms as well with permanent beds. They all have a bathroom with a bath and shower and usually a separate WC. A small kitchen is provided with hotplates, microwave oven, fridge and sink as well as a good selection of utensils, pots, pans, crokery and curtlery. Nearly all of the apartments have dishwashers, although Studios might not have them.
TV's are normally available as an extra to hire.
Linen and towels are now normally incuded in the weekly rent.
