in Europe. A selling point for Ibis Hotels is their level of service as
they don't just shut down at night and let you fend for yourself. There
is always someone on hand to serve you, be it food or drinks in the
early hours or a reply to a business fax. Rooms are conventional when compared to budget hotels and very comfortable. They come furnished with a double bed, worktop and chair, seat and remote control colour TV with a selection of International channels.  Bathrooms are compact but conventional. A child under the age of 12 can share their parent's room at no extra cost. Children also qualify for a half price breakfast. Breakfast comprises an unlimited, self service buffet. Plenty of tea, coffee, breads and pastries are available. This is served mainly between 6h30 and 10h00 but a breakfast can be obtained from 4h00 to 12h00. Ibis hotels The Ibis website is very comprehensive with an FAQ section explaining everything you could possibly want to know about the hotels group. It also has their brochure as a virtual guide book so that you can browse through it on line. Sustainabilty Ibis Hotels were the first economy chain hotel to be granted ISO 14001 the management standard for sound environmental management. They continue to innovate and to reduce their impact on the environment. They also support Fair Trade through the products used. Restaurants Being a Tourist Class hotel (2 Stars in France), Ibis Hotels all have restaurants. The brand of restaurant in each hotel varies depending upon location. The brands are: Le Restaurant Ibis Offers 3 fixed price menus. La Table Restaurant Includes the "Duo" and "Trio" set menus. Salads from the salad bar as well as regional dishes. L'Estaminet French Bistro style restaurant Grill Courte Paille Grills prepared on wood stoves. Children welcome. Café Choose a meal from the blackboard. Bar and table service.
