For a week's ski holiday in January

Sea FranceI used FerrySavers' comparison site as well as the major Ferry Operator's websites to obtain prices for ferries on the short Channel routes for the second week in January 2010. I asked for a departure time of 08h00 on Saturday 8th January 2010 and a return ferry departure of 18h00 on January 16th 2010. The results are shown in the table below.

FerrySavers gave a quick comparison of routes with prices. On two occasions the price was cheaper via Ferrsysavers and on one occasion it was more expensive, This is because although an outward departure time of 08h00 and a return departure time of 18h00 was stipulated the engine did not always deliver times close to those requested.
