Fasthotel are one of the few one star chains with a restaurant. The chain has both one star comfort and a higher specified relais Fasthotel. Unfortunately when we stayed at one the restaurant was closed in the evening. It did open for breakfast. Usually it possible to buy an inclusive rate including evening meal, room and breakfast.

Keys can also be obtained via electronic booking machines outside many of the hotels.You can pay for your room using a credit card (Mastercard, CB, Visa).
Rooms usually accommodate 1/2 persons but some hotels have 3 bedded rooms and others have family sleeping up to 5 persons. They have an ensuite bathroom cubicle with WC, washbasin and shower. The rooms also have a direct dial telephone with alarm clock, desk and chair as well as a remote control colour TV (most hotels have satellite channels).
