Campanile are the main hotel chain in the Louvre Hotels, the second largest in Europe comprising over 900 hotels. Other hotels in the Group include Premiere Classe, Kyriad and Balladins. Campanile Hotels can be found in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, UK, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Poland. Campanile hotels have motel type rooms with access via an outside balcony. All hotels have a restaurant close to the rooms but not always physically connected. Campanile rooms are compact with a double bed and bathroom with bath / shower wash basin and WC. Rooms also have remote control colour TV with satellite channels. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided in the rooms. Under 12's can get a free space saving bed (subject to availability - book in plenty of time to be sure). Breakfast is served in the restaurant between 7h00 and 9h00 in the week and 8h00 to 9h30 on Saturday and 8h00 to 10h00 on Sunday. Breakfast is a not included in the price of the room. It comprises a cereals, fruit juices, tea coffee, continental style buffets as well as bacon and eggs. The restaurant serves good value food with menus incorporating local dishes where applicable. The set meals are quite good value. There is even a 'Menu Campi' for the children. Reception is open from 7h00 to 23h00 in the week and from 8h00 to 23h00 at weekends. Campanile hotels can be booked over the Internet or by phoning the reservation line in a country where they are present.
